The 14 day money back guarantee means that you can purchase your piano with peace of mind knowing that in the highly unlikely event of us having to give your money back you have 14 days after the installation date to use this.

14 Day Money Back Terms & Conditions

  1. The Renaissance 14 Day Money Back Guarantee is only applicable to online acoustic piano purchases ordered and paid for through https://www.renaissancemusic.co.uk and is not valid to customers purchasing in-store for acoustic pianos that have been tried and tested by the customer. If a customer who purchases a piano from our store finds that their piano has been damaged you must contact our London showroom within 2 days so we can claim against the courier company. Our London showroom can also explain our store returns policy on request +44 (0) 20 3773 1115.
  2. When ordering any piano that qualifies for our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee, the online buyer has up to 14 days after the delivery date to let us know what is wrong with the order or the piano. The buyer must give their reasons in full for why the product is not satisfactory via email: info@renaissancemusic.co.uk.
  3. All claims made any time after 14 days from the point of delivery will not be processed through our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee scheme, however we will still be able to resolve your issue in other ways please see our returns policy.
  4. If you feel something is not quite right with the piano, tell us as we will resolve any issue in terms of fault or misplay through providing a fully qualified piano technician.
  5. If the piano received by an online customer fails to match the correct name, make, model and colour of the piano ordered, then we will exchange the order for the correct piano.
  6. If the piano arrives damaged then please see our returns policy, we must be given the opportunity to repair the damage before a refund is given, as the piano will always 100% leave our showroom in perfect condition.
  7. If in the highly unlikely outcome that none of points stated in these terms can be resolved and we are unable to provide a solution, the customers money will be returned no questions asked.
